My name is Chris, and welcome to Fullfitnez.com. My fitness blog and review site.
I’m an amateur fitness enthusiast and have always had a strong interest in fitness for the majority of my life. Whilst at school this included a number of sports; Rugby, Football(Soccer), Athletics, Swimming, Running, Lacrosse and my favourite sport of all, Basketball, which I discovered at school and played at any given opportunity and competitively until my early 30’s.
Throughout this time and until this day I have always had a passion for gym and home based fitness and strength training which overall has become my biggest love when it comes to personal fitness and I believe it always will be.

I wanted to create Fullfitnez.com to learn and discover more within the huge world of fitness and to share this with you and any other like-minded fitness enthusiasts from beginner to advanced. I do believe there is a fitness type to suit every individual so in time I do hope to post and discuss content related to as many as I can.
I’m sure it will be lots of fun and hope you enjoy, learn and discover with me.
